Optimum Fleet Health Refund & Cancellation Policy

Optimum Fleet Health is committed to providing transparent and fair billing practices. This policy outlines the terms regarding refunds and cancellations for both monthly and annual subscription plans.
Free Trial & No Refunds
All new customers are eligible for a 30-day free trial before committing to a paid plan. Because this trial allows full access to our platform at no cost, we do not provide refunds once a paid subscription has started.
Monthly Subscription Cancellation
Customers who choose a monthly subscription can cancel at any time by providing 15 days’ written notice before their next billing cycle. The service will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be applied. Partial refunds for unused days in the billing cycle are not provided.
Annual Subscription Cancellation
Customers who choose an annual subscription receive a discounted rate in exchange for a one-year commitment. If a customer cancels before the end of their annual term, they will remain responsible for the full annual charge, and no refunds will be issued for unused months.
Legal Compliance (Ontario, Canada)
This policy complies with Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, 2002, which governs subscription-based services. Under Ontario law:
- Consumers must be informed of cancellation rights before entering an agreement (which we provide in our Terms & Conditions).
- Prepaid services, such as annual plans, are non-refundable unless the service is not delivered as described.
- Monthly subscriptions can be canceled with reasonable notice as outlined in this policy.
How to Cancel
To cancel a subscription, customers must submit a written cancellation request to support@optimumfleethealth.com at least 15 days before the next billing cycle for monthly plans. Annual subscriptions will remain active until the end of the term.
Changes to this Policy
Optimum Fleet Health reserves the right to update this policy as needed. Any changes will be communicated in advance and reflected on our website.
